Travel bikes and framesets

Aluminum or steel road frameset w/carbon fork. $1,650.

Aluminum or steel mountain frameset w/rigid fork $1650.

Aluminum road bike w/ carbon fork. $2,850.

Tandems

Aluminum road tandem frame with carbon tandem fork. $2600.

Aluminum travel tandem frame with carbon tandem fork. $3500.

Call for pricing on complete bikes (cost is determined by component spec).

Wheeled Travel Case for single bike (26" by 26" by 10") $400.

This 62-linear-inch case meets airline requirements for standard-sized luggage.

(A travel tandem can fit into two cases.)

Paint Choices: Ravello uses an environmentally friendly, non-toxic powder coat painting process with no hazardous emissions. Powder coat paint is very durable and is available in many new powders that produce brilliant, vibrant colors. A single, standard color such as red, blue, black, green or yellow is included in the price of a frame order. Two-tone or other color schemes are extra; please call for price.

Please note: Frames that are retrofitted may only need a touch-up, or you might prefer that the frame be repainted, depending upon the original paint scheme.

Frame work pricing:

* 35% nonrefundable deposit for custom bike or frameset order.

* Ravello Travel System retrofit for 7005 aluminum or steel frame $350.

(Ravello connectors are installed on the top tube

and down tube of your frame so your bike can be

disassembled to fit into a 26" by 26" by 10" suitcase

for air travel.)

Cable splitters for easy disassembly of derailleur $40. per set

wires and rear brake wire

Remove components from bike $20.

Reinstall components on bike $60.
